Responsibilities

MV Transportation is seeking a Maintenance Admin who is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Maintenance Manager and other Maintenance personnel.

Job Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Admin responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Review work orders in the fleet maintenance software. Ensure parts are posted.
  • Create and process purchase orders in the fleet maintenance software.
  • Perform all shipping and receiving duties, as required.
  • Order parts for inventory, out of service buses or special requests.
  • Manage and process parts cores, as required.
  • Maint parts and supplies inventory
  • Work closely with vendors and vendor pricing for optimal efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Talent Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bus parts experience is a plus.
  • Applicant must maintain a neat appearance.
  • Must be able to use MS Word, Excel and other software as required.
  • Must possess excellent organization skills.
  • Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Maintain acceptable attendance level.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and professional work area.
