Description
We're looking for a People Operations Experience Manager (POEM) to join our People Operations team - someone who's bursting with energy, ideas, and heart. This role is ideal for someone who's not only a natural culture champion and connector, but also tech-savvy, data-curious, and tuned into what makes a workplace brand stand out. As part of our People Ops function, you'll lead programs that keep our team engaged, growing, and excited to come to work. You'll build thoughtful initiatives around performance, career development, recognition, and the overall employee experience - infusing them with creativity and backed by meaningful insights. And when it's time to rally the team? You're front and center, leading like a true master of ceremonies, making space for fun and connection. What makes this role special:
- You'll shape how our people experience work-day to day and long term
- You'll be our culture champion, keeping our values alive and our team connected
- You'll get to blend creativity with strategy, using tools and tech to elevate our people programs
- You'll have the chance to build and amplify our employer brand, helping us attract and retain amazing talent
- You'll use data to guide your work-whether it's engagement trends, feedback loops, or performance insights
You'll thrive here if you:
- Bring high energy and a contagious sense of fun to everything you do
- Thrive on collaboration, connection, and creating moments that matter
- Understand how technology can enhance (not complicate) the employee experience
- Care deeply about people, and bring a mix of empathy and action to your work
- Know that employer branding isn't just about perks-it's about purpose and how people feel at work
- Use data and feedback as a compass, not just a report
- Can toggle between MC'ing a team celebration and fine-tuning a performance framework-sometimes in the same day
If you're ready to lead with intention, creativity, and impact-and help build a workplace people love to be part of-we'd love to meet you.
