Principal Test Engineer Assoc

Quantech has an immediateopeningfor a Test Managersupporting theC3I&N Directorate located at Hanscom AFB, MA. Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:

• The candidate must be able to provide Validation & Verification (V&V) support services in accordance with the program's integrated Test Plan, program development/sustainment contracts, and PMO practices
• The candidate shall provide V&V support services for effective management, in compliance with Air Force SEAM processes including AFI 99-103, Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation; and Major Command (MAJCOM), Center, and Directorate guidance
• The candidate shall provide test planning support services for C3I&N Directorate activities in compliance with DoD, Air Force, C3I&N and AFLCMC test instructions, policies, and procedures.
• The candidates shall support the following requirements
• Prepare test plans and procedures
• Prepare TEMPs
• Prepare and review test analyses
• Prepare T&E segments of Acquisition Documentation
• Monitor test events
• Support certification test activities, such as JITC
• Support training required to execute test activities
• Review and analyze engineering test documentation, analysis reports, and trade-off studies
• Support data collection of test data during development and operational test events
• Support FCAs/PCAs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• SECRET Clearance required.
• Possessthe ability to work independently and apply the proper procedures and processes related to their assigned tasks.
• Possess strong communication skills and utilize those skills to build relationships with supported customers.
• Experience with SharePoint to include managing, uploading and editingprogram data and files. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  MA/MS with 12 Years of experience in the respective discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD or BA/BS with 15 Yrs exp and 5 in DoD.
