JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist in coordinating operations in conjunction with outside vendors, process financial transactions and aid in problem resolution of unusual situations. This position will primarily work overnight Friday and Saturday. Hours and days will be subject to change based on event needs and may change during the summer months. Mandatory overtime will be required for home football Saturdays and student arrival. This position will require a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (with or without reasonable accommodations) and work outdoors on their feet in all weather conditions. Minimum requirements are a High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant experience. Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
