Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Organizes and conducts medically prescribed Physical Therapy programs for patients to restore function, etc.; plans therapy programs for each patient; directs and aids in implementing therapy programs; evaluates, records and reports patients' progress; assists in continual monitoring/assessing functions of Physical Therapy Department. Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants, Students, and Volunteers.
