Job Summary: Part-Time Staff Fitness Center Assistant aides with managing MCC's fitness center to make a positive difference in the health and quality of life for our students and employees by providing professional, qualified, and educated fitness personnel to help foster life-long healthy habits. Essential Functions: Greet fitness center members Answer phones Record fitness center members attendance Process and verify membership status Assist with new members registration paperwork Process membership payments Provide tours to potential and new members Sanitize and store exercise equipment throughout the day Assist and oversee members with general equipment use Perform other related duties assigned by Fitness Specialist and/or Facility Coordinator pertinent to general operations deemed necessary Minimal Qualifications Education: High school diploma Experience: Customer service Training and/or recreation related experience, preferred.
