About the Role

Culmen International is seeking a Quality Control Manager for a future Health and Human Services opportunity.

The Quality Control Manager is budgeted as a supervisor who monitors the staff and steps involved in production processes according to the government expectations, policy, procedures, and guidance.



What You'll Do in Your New Role

    Design and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance along with internal company standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits to identify deviations from quality standards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Analyze quality data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective and preventive measures to enhance overall quality.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, test results, and corrective actions.
  • Generate reports to communicate quality metrics and trends to internal management and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training to employees on quality control procedures and promote a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization.
  • Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and certifications.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality control processes, technologies, and methodologies.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum of (2) two years experience as a Quality Control Manager or similar role.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.
  • Ability to successfully clear a background check.
  • Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.
  • Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
