The Department of English in the Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, has a need for a full-time instructor or lecturer for the 2024-2025 academic year in literature or creative writing to teach courses and/or discussion sections. Interested applicants should submit a CV and a cover letter indicating:

(a) graduate degree(s) (PhD or MFA required)

(b) teaching experience

(c) which of our courses you would be able to teach (a list of these courses can be found at

https://catalogue.usc.edu/content.php?catoid=11&navoid=3537, and

(d) the names of three referees who will be contacted by USC for a letter of reference.

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,000 - $81,770.
