RSG is seeking a dynamic leader of our Travel Demand Modeling practice to both head an existing team of skilled consultants, and drive growth across multiple practice areas through developing and executing market strategies. This is a remote opportunity If you are ready to make an impact, please submit your application, along with your resume and cover letter?Here AS A Travel Demand Modeling Team Leader (MARKET LEADER) You are a subject matter expert that plans and manages the team's delivery of complex and large-scale projects. You develop forecasting tools and data products to support US transportation agencies as they navigate the rapidly evolving world of mobility. You are responsible for the performance of the team and growth of existing markets, while working to identify new opportunities. Additionally, you will have direct project management and work product responsibilities ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery that result in high customer satisfaction and excellent business performance outcomes. You have good technical judgment and work as a team player who is a resourceful, clear, and creative thinker. You are amiable and have strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills that enable you to create and communicate complex technical materials in clear, concise, and meaningful ways that technical and non-technical people will understand. You participate in meetings with team members and clients, and you manage your tasks on time, within budget, and to the pleasure of your clients.?We serve a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients locally, nationally, and internationally.
