Position: Patient Care Associate/Patient Care Technician Department: Medical Stepdown, Mercy South Shift: 12 hour shifts, part-time & full time hours available. Day and night shift. No experience? We will train you! Attend Mercy's 175 hour patient care training program to be able to work directly at the bedside! "Our Patient Care Associate training program is an accredited Department of Labor Apprenticeship Program, providing a comprehensive, hands-on experience. Overview: Under the direction of the RN or LPN, assists in the individualized care of the patient to achieve the patients highest level of wellness. Works cooperatively with others as part of a team; recognizes the importance of group goals.
