Under the direction of the FCT Director of Intensive Care Coordination, is responsible for the daily oversight and supervision of up to eight (8) FCT Care Coordinators as they provide Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) to youth with serious emotional disturbance (SED) and their families using the Wraparound Service Planning process as defined by the Massachusetts Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI). In addition, the Supervisor of Intensive Care Coordination will assist the Supervisor of Peer-to-Peer Support in the supervision of up to eight (8) FCT Family Partners.

1. Demonstrates a working functional knowledge of and endorses the CBHI values: Child Centered and Family Driven, Strength-Based, Culturally Responsive, Collaborative and Integrated, and Continuous Quality Improvement.
2. Coach, teach, or otherwise assist staff in the Wraparound Process of Service Planning as outlined by the Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) and the National Wraparound Initiative (NWI)
3. Coach, teach, or otherwise assist staff to successfully engage and collaborate with colleagues in the family/child serving human services system including but not limited to clinical providers, primarily care providers, case managers, school personnel, and/or state agency representatives.
4. Is organized and can prioritize and manage multiple administrative demands on his/her time
5. Maintains the highest standards of ethics and demonstrates professional attitude and conduct.
6. Assist in the creation and maintenance of a positive and collaborative working environment where all FCT employees and enrolled youth and their families feel welcome, supported, and comfortable.
7. All activities described here will be delivered at the FCT offices, in the community, or in the family's home depending on the preferences of the enrolled youth and family.
8. Provide Intensive Care Coordination to enrolled youth and their families as determined by the FCT ICC Director.
9. Provide direct administrative and clinical supervision of up to eight (8) FCT Care Coordinators as they implement the Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) process with enrolled youth and families.
10. Meet in weekly individual supervision with each FCT Care Coordinator assigned to him/her.

  • License/Certification/Education:
    Required:
    1. Masters degree in psychology, counseling, or social work or related field with Massachusetts clinical licensure at the independent level
    2. Current valid US-issued driver's license, ability to provide a registered, inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes

    Experience/Skills:
    Required:
    1. Previous experience implementing the Wraparound Process as described by the Children's Behavioral Health Initiative and/or the National Wraparound Initiative
    2. Must be able to pass a CORI background check
