Position Responsibilities
  
 
  The Sr. Corporate Construction Recruiter will:
   
   
 Develop and execute recruiting strategies
 Network through construction societies and associations
 Develop robust pipeline of construction talent
 Work closely with the Manager of University & Trade School Relations as well as the Director of Military
 Relations to coordinate recruiting efforts across the United States
 Work with hiring manager to develop individual recruiting strategies as needs occur
 Conduct intake meetings to develop job descriptions, salary ranges, and recruitment timeline
 Post positions in all applicable venues
 Track candidates appropriately in the Applicant Tracking System
 Select and interview the best candidates and coordinate with hiring managers to set up interviews
 Maintain all applicant and interview data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
 Prepare, seek approval for, and deliver offer letters
 Once candidates accept offers, work with the Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to 
 onboard new employees

  High School Diploma
Position Requirements
  
 
  REQUIREMENTS:
   
   
 Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future
 High school diploma or equivalent with a preference for a Bachelor or Master's degree in business, 
 construction, or human resources
 Minimum of 8 years of corporate recruiting experience in construction, renewables, or similar 
 industry OR minimum of 10 years' experience as a construction manager with an interest in moving into a corporate recruiting role
ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:
 Ability to work as an individual contributor and in a team environment
 Ability and willingness to mentor junior recruiters
 Ability to maintain highly confidential information
 Ability to communicate with all levels of a heavy civil construction and renewables company
PREFERENCES:
 Bachelor or master's degree in business, construction, or human resources
 Ability & willingness to work at the corporate office of IEA in Indianapolis, IN
