 Position Responsibilities
   Manage multiple projects from the home office concentrating on safety, quality, the client relationship, project financial performance, management staffing and project controls.
   Primary responsibility will be managing the safety culture, site staffing, and contractual relations with the client, subcontract scheduling, nonstandard material procurement, equipment, corporate communication, and resource allocation from the home office
 
 Solutions first mindset finding ways to say Yes to the customer is a primary posture that is needed to accomplish company goals.
 Provide support to the field management staff so that staff can manage the project concentrating on the 20% of the activities that make up 80% of the risk/cost
 Safety planning will play a critical role in all planning and field operations activities
 Contract management from the standpoint of identifying potential change orders, changes in scope, changes in field conditions, changes in ability to perform as bid with means and methods
 Project cost to complete for monthly reporting
 Assist PM to manage and update project specific schedule and budget.
 Manage client relationship at the corporate level.
 Confirm weekly and monthly metrics are met for project controls, including an accurate and updated equipment matrix, staffing matrix, yield logs for materials, receiving reports, and approved AP and AR
Education
   Bachelors DegreePosition Requirements
  Bachelors of Science in Civil EngineeringConstruction Management Equal Ten years of project management in heavy/civil/electrical construction
 Contract law, written and verbal communication, job cost accounting, CPM Scheduling, Estimating contract changes
 Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future
