Director of Health Services- RN

Location: Avamere at Cascadia Village - 39495 Cascadia Village Dr. Sandy, OR 97055

• Responsible for reviewing physician orders and 24-hour reports.
• Complete assessments, such as admission and change in condition.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules.
• Assist TA team in the hiring and on-boarding of clinical staff as needed.
• Be a key player in all state and federal surveys and in developing and deploying plans of correction.
• Record patient medical records using PointClickCare (EMR).
• Complete on-going training as assigned and as required by state licensure.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Must be a registered nurse with current, unencumbered license to practice un the state.
• Must be a hands-on leader with a desire to train and mentor.
• Have a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors and their families.
• Must be able to provide proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or qualifying exemption
