We are the North American division of world-renown Metrohm AG (Herisau, Switzerland), an industry leader in laboratory instruments and accessories for analytical testing/research. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Riverview, FL. This is an office-based position and ideal candidates will live within a commutable distance of our location.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our efforts in lead management, data integrity, and customer engagement run smoothly and effectively. This role is much more than administrative, you will be a key player in delivering impactful marketing strategies that directly influence the business. You'll collaborate with a range of departments, ensuring the seamless flow of information and materials while helping to keep our marketing efforts organized and on point.

This is a temp-to-perm position. The selected candidate may be offered full-time employment with Metrohm after ninety (90) days of successful performance. This position is office-based in our Riverview, FL headquarters and requires regular attendance and timeliness.

Essential Functions:

Lead & Invoice Management



  • Be the gatekeeper of leads: You'll own the process of assigning, processing, and preparing incoming leads for the sales team, ensuring they have the right info at their fingertips to close deals.
  • Twice-daily CRM uploads: Dive into Excel and Dynamics CRM, updating and filling in crucial lead data that informs decision-making across the company. Plus, you'll play a direct role in engaging customers to find the best ways to help them.
  • Invoice oversight: Your eye for detail will ensure marketing invoices are accurately processed, charged, and recorded, maintaining organized records for seamless budget management and approvals.


Customer Engagement



  • Own the literature fulfillment process: Manage inventory and collaborate with our global team in Switzerland to keep our literature and promotional products well-stocked and up-to-date.
  • Promotional product logistics: Ensure that our sales and service teams-and our customers-always have the right materials, from branded swag to essential product literature.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships: Manage a thoughtful loyalty program that delivers personalized gifts and messages at key points throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Maintain and update website content: Regularly update specific sections of the website, ensuring that careers descriptions and events details are accurate and reflect open positions and marketing initiatives.


Email Marketing



  • Engage our audience: Assist in creating and executing compelling email campaigns that connect with customers, prospects and colleagues, using metrics to constantly refine and improve outreach.
  • Personalization and segmentation: Work with marketing data to craft highly targeted messages that drive engagement and conversions.


Event Support



  • Bring events to life: Assist in organizing and executing impactful events, from trade shows to customer seminars, handling everything from pre-event promotions to post-event follow-up.
  • Amplify our presence: Support event success by helping create reports, tracking engagement, and ensuring we maximize opportunities to connect with audiences.


Education/Experience/Additional Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas and concepts to various levels in the organization and to customers.

  • Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency in formatting required.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable taking initiative and conducting repetitive tasks.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Experience working directly with external customers preferred.
