The Regional Director of Culinary Development brings a high level of culinary expertise and passion for training and development of people, and provides strategy and program vision and leadership to the culinary program. This role is a leader of the development team, as well as a core collaborator across other culinary disciplines and pillars. The Director of CD will focus on culinary excellence, innovation through the lens of scalability. This position reports into the Senior Director of Culinary and will leverage their strong culinary and operational skills to partner with key stakeholders (culinary, marketing communications and engagement, strat ops, procurement, risk management, operations, learning and development) to create and promote the program standards, Google Food expectations and enhance user (partner) experience.
