Fall 2025 Finance and Accounting Co-Op positions open! (Paid, with housing stipend)- Aerospace manufacturing plant in Toronto, Ohio *A minimum of a 3-month assignment. Part-time employment (20+hrs/week) for 6-months also qualifies Finance and Accounting Co-Op Summary Partners with the Finance/Accountant department to provide support to the Plant. Finance and Accounting Co-Op Essential Functions Provide support to the Accounting/Finance Department in a variety of projects Participate in Month end close activities. Participate and perform duties as needed in Cost Modeling, Financial Analyst and Cost Accounting activities. Assist with Storeroom material audits and fixed asset audits and fixed asset tagging. Perform fixed asset management in FAS and SAP systems. Participate in FP&A, bridging budgets and actuals, Forecasting, Financial Reporting, etc Performs other related duties as assigned Additional Responsibilities Build and maintain excel spreadsheets Act as a Representative in Meetings as needed. Qualifications Competencies Ability to provide leadership Basic knowledge of Accounting Interpersonal skills Computer skills Education and Experience Enrolled and completed 2+ years accredited university in Finance, Accounting or a similar discipline. Special Skills The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level. Computer proficiency in Windows environment and software tools that support job responsibilities.
