**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours.

• A Bachelors Degree in Nursing is required.
• Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years related work experience and three (3) years supervisory experience is required.
• Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Knowledge and practice within one or more of the following areas Operating Room, PACU, Ambulatory Surgical Unit, and Endoscopy Departments for a minimum of 5 years perioperative staff nurse and 3 years Perioperative Management experience required.
• Knowledge of Sterile Processing Department.
• Experience in a collective bargaining environment
• History of managing a minimum of 20 FTE
• Experience in building staffing patterns and managing staff schedules required
• Promote an atmosphere which facilitates collaboration and empowerment of staff
• Demonstrated Process Improvement activity
• Demonstrated committee involvement
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
