Physical Therapist, Per Diem - Float - Outpatient

Primary functions are to provide applicable physical therapy care for patients with various diagnoses. Major duties include: patient evaluation, patient treatment, documentation requirements, maintains expected productivity levels (including special assignments).

More than 5 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2, Per Diem title

Position may convert to career.

Per Diem Salary Range: 65.29-81.62 Hourly

• Licensure as a California Physical Therapist and current CPR certification.
• More than 5 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2, Per Diem title
• Ability to travel to different rehab clinics as needed
