We are looking for exceptional US-based Engagement Managers to join our rapidly growing movement for Digital Equality. Primary Responsibilities
Deque Engagement Managers are:

  • Committed to helping their clients achieve sustained digital accessibility
  • Knowledgeable in the rapidly evolving technologies, tools, and processes for front-end digital development at large organizations, as well as accessibility and the full range of Deque's offerings and capabilities
  • Adept at consulting, assessing client organizations, building relationships, and developing change management strategies
  • Creative problem solvers so they can overcome organizational and technical obstacles and effect change rapidly
  • Proactive

Additional Skills Desired
Qualifications
Required

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an MBA
  2. At least five (5) years of experience managing projects or the whole customer account on behalf of a professional services company
  3. At least three (3) years of SaaS Product implementation experience
  4. Familiarity with current digital experience, specifically web and native mobile, design and development tech stacks, toolchains, and agile methodologies
  5. Ability to travel from time to time, throughout the US and internationally


Skills we are looking for include:

  1. Communication, collaboration, and presentation - in-person and virtual; verbal and written
  2. Managing a portfolio of clients while being responsive to each client
  3. Leading cross-functional teams of experts
  4. Organization and project management to deliver excellent work products on time and within budget
