The University of Virginia's Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Associate Director for Counseling Services. The Associate Director for Counseling Services is part of the CAPS Leadership Team within the Department of Student Health and Wellness. This position provides leadership and oversight of counseling services at CAPS. Job responsibilities include:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Master's degree in related field Experience: At least three years experience Licensure: Current licensure in a mental health discipline (Psychologist, LPC, LCSW) in the State of Virginia (or fully licensed within six months of hire) Qualified candidates must also possess the following experience (experience gained as an intern acceptable):

PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping, reaching (overhead, extensive, and repetitive); Repetitive motion: computer keyboard. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and the anticipated range is $95,000.00-125,000.00.
