The intermediate Epic Principal Trainer is responsible for building, testing, and maintaining the EPIC training environment, managing updates to policy and procedure documentation related to training, and conducting training for new staff, including Credentialed Trainers. Responsibilties include preparing curriculum necessary for training users on Workday and Oracle LMS systems; Taking the lead when working closely with team members on various training requests, projects, and upgrades; And utilizing knowledge of the organization's clinical, revenue cycle or business requirements, Epic application capabilities, and his or her technical skills to implement and support Epic training initiatives.
* Achieves an in-depth understanding of the assigned software, policies and procedures, and workflows. This position supports the Northern Virginia Community Health properties, and requires the employee to be able to work between Haymarket, Prince William, and Culpepper locations, in a hybrid (partially remote) work environment. Position Compensation Range: $29.54 - $47.26 HourlyMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requires sitting for prolonged periods. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly.
