SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE FOR ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS! Position Highlights: Sign on bonus available! Position: Surgical Technologist Hourly Pay Range: $24.06-39.92. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $26.61 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks. Full Time/Part Time: [Part Time/ Full Time] Hours: Monday-Friday, [hours vary] Required Travel: What you will do: Under general supervision, acts as a surgical scrub person by performing any combination of tasks before, during and after surgery to assist the surgical team. What you will need: High School graduate or equivalent Alertness, good communication skills, technical skill with surgical procedures, able to perform as a team member, learns quickly, follow directions, and good organizational skills. Accuracy in all procedural aspects. Current CPR Card Surgical Technician Certification Preferred: Previous OR experience.
