**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours. Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Responsibilities The LPN position reports to the Manager of Service Excellence and Patient Experience or designee. Perform a variety of duties including but not limited to developing, monitoring, and implementing the Service Excellence, Care Experience and HCAHPS programs; including *The Southcoast Way* focusing on clinical staff. Participate developing and executing the hospitality program for clinical and operational roles. Assist in monthly analysis of clinical department, clinical unit, and SPG practice service outcomes and hardwire Participate in the Southcoast Health service recovery program as it relates to clinicians. Assist with system-wide grievance process. Track measurable outcomes. Support clinical teams in integrating patient experience best practices into daily routines. Occasional nights and weekends may be required. Works closely with nursing and provider counterparts in clinical units, services, and groups. Clinical support of this individual will be through the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Clinical Officer and designees. Qualifications
