We're on the hunt for a
Property Maintenance Technician to join our amazing team in the Madison, WI area. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working with your hands, and love helping people feel at home, we NEED to talk.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Save the Day: Respond to service requests like a pro-fixing plumbing, appliances, electrical issues, and more, always leaving the space better than you found it.
- Prevent Disaster: Keep our properties safe, clean, and in tip-top shape by regularly inspecting and maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Be Our Emergency Hero: Handle on-call emergencies like a champ-know where to find the water shutoffs, fire extinguishers, and anything else you'll need to keep things running smoothly.
- Be the Team's MVP: Partner with contractors, support your team, and build great relationships with residents, vendors, and coworkers.
- Keep It Clean: Help maintain property cleanliness, organize tools and supplies, and report issues promptly.
What Makes You a Great Candidate?
- You've got experience in property maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry-basically a jack-of-all-trades).
- You bring your own tools (bonus points if you know how to use them!).
- You're a great communicator and a team player.
- You can handle the physical stuff (lifting up to 30+ pounds, bending, standing, etc.).
- You know safety like the back of your hand.
- You're friendly, adaptable, and ready to work with people from all walks of life.
