Practice Details

This Resource position offers flexible, as-needed shifts, aimed at providing coverage during staffing shortages or increased patient demand, without a fixed schedule.

Perimeter North Medical Associates was founded in 1995 at ourAtlanta location, and has steadily grown over the years to better serve the expanding communities throughout North Atlanta.

Ourphysiciansand nurse practitioners are registered nurses who have earned a Master's Degree in Nursing. They are board-certified in Family Medicine, allowing them to diagnose and treat patients of all ages. Our providers work as a team to provide the very best medical care, and take pride in the good health of our patients. We value the importance of empowering our patients as partners in their own health, and provide practical measures and educational resources to help them maintain optimal health.

Performs a variety of administrative, secretarial and clerical duties, which directly support patient care and practice personnel in the overall operation of the practice. Incumbent is expected to interpret and execute the duties and responsibilities of the job with only limited supervision and direction.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. One of the following:
    • 6 months of Clerical/Secretarial Experience or 6 months of customer service experience
    • Completion of a technical, diploma or certificate of credit program
    • Associate's Degree

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

  1. Successful completion of course in Medical Terminology or commensurate experience
  2. Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
