Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company Daikin Applied is seeking a Human Resources Manager to administer policies relating to all phases of Human Resources activities. What you will do: Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are complying Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals Administers Human Resources transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations Tracks employee statistics for government reporting Trains management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment Provides recommendations regarding resolution of employee relations issues Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization Maintains Affirmative Action Plan and ensures compliance with OFCCP regulations Conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations What's in it for you: The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best Minimum Qualifications: 4-year bachelor's degree 5 years related experience and/or training PHR or SPHR certification preferred Benefits: Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance 401K retirement plan with employer match Paid time off and company paid holidays Paid sick time in accordance with the federal, state, and local law Tuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service The typical salary for this position ranges from $80,400-$126,500 in Virginia. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
