Position Summary Actively partner with and support the HR Business Partner team in the effective administration of key HR business processes. Provide high level support by receiving, analyzing, researching and seeking resolution to assigned inquiries. Perform data analytics and identify trends in the data. Collaborate with HR team members to support data-related projects and initiatives. Generate a variety of reports and dashboards to present findings and trends to HR leadership. Ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day management of operational HR activities, plans and outcomes. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $72,000.00 to USD $88,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
