Shift:Three 12-hour shifts, 1900-0730 weekend nights * Base Pay Range: $21.27 - $33.54 per hour, based on experience * Shift Differentials: Additional $5.00 per hour for weekend shift and additional $2.50 per hour for night shift * Choose Between Sign-On Bonus -OR- Retention Rewards o Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 o Retention Rewards: Up to $15,000 * Relocation Support: Additional $5,000 if moving from over 50 miles away * Retention Reward (Option 1): $2,000 per year for up to 5 years, totaling $10,000 * Student Loan Repayment (Option 2): $2,000 per year toward student loans, up to 5 years, totaling $10,000 o Note: Details will be provided during the HR interview. Medical Specialties is one of the fastest growing service lines at University Hospital, recently expanding from 28 to 55 beds. The unit sees patients who are ill and require acute care, serving awide-rangingpopulation. The most frequent diagnosis types include pulmonary compromise, sepsis, GI disorders, diabetes, cellulitis, infectious diseases, mental status changes, and substance withdrawal.
