Certified Surgical Technologist-Surgery

• Surgery Technician facilitates the delivery of perioperative nursing care by achieving desired surgical outcomes.
• The Surgery Technician is a professional caregiver working under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse and responsible for providing assigned care according to scope of practice.
• Has adequate knowledge to approach patients of all age groups.
• Adheres to specific hospital policy and procedures and will continually monitor and adhere to safety responsibilities and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Graduate from accredited surgical technology program
• Associate degree preferred
• National Certification Preferred
• CPR Certified
