Job Summary

Accountabilities

• Creates and builds ad hoc queries per the request of various groups within Prisma Health. Is responsible for managing the service now process. - 15%

• Responsible for security of the Prisma Health Medical Group Analytic System, including the setup of new users as well as the process that drives distribution of the monthly dashboards to the portal. Resolves issues of access for all users. Performs periodic audits. Maintains the Source of Truth (SOT) document which outlines the Epic Facility structure of the medical group and is used across the enterprise. - 15%

• Maintains the provider snapshot which is an integral source for all dashboards and inputs to compensation. - 15%

• Sets up and maintains select daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for the medical group leadership to include physicians. Answers questions as they arise and research variances. - 10%

• Contributes to the month end closing process by validating data and performing QA on dashboards before their release. - 10%

• Maintains the FTE and CFTE process for the medical group for use in reporting. - 10%

• Updates financials and stats (actual and budget) for use in Finance template reporting. - 10%

• Assists with training new users on the analytic tools. Users are across the enterprise. - 5%

• Tests wRVUs to ensure correct values are reflected. Prepares wRVU files for submission to analytic system from outside vendor. - 5%

• Prepares the monthly visit stat journal entry for accounting submission. - 5%

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibility

• This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field

• 3 years - Report writing and/or healthcare financial systems experience.

In Lieu Of

• Associate degree and 5 years report writing and/or healthcare financial systems experience.

Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses

• NA

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of crystal report writing or other report writing programs - Preferred

• Knowledge of health care revenue cycle processes - Preferred
