ISO New England is the not-for-profit, independent system operator responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable flow of electricity in our region and planning for the future of the electric grid. We are at the forefront of New England's ongoing transition to clean energy.

ISO New England oversees and ensures the fair administration of the region's wholesale electricity markets which consists of market assets. Market assets are the building blocks for participation in the markets and this team is leading the registration efforts as the markets transition to clean energy. In this role you will be responsible for supporting and leading asset registration activities, such as leading the coordinated effort in bringing large wind and solar farms online and operational.

How you will make an Impact:




  • Providing customer support by working closely with our Participants to ensure a seamless registration of various types of assets.
  • Providing clear requirements while managing timelines/milestones among many different parties for registering an asset and adding resources that will participate in the wholesale electricity markets.
  • Providing support for and acting as a project coordinator ensuring all requirements are being met for large scale generation and demand response projects.
  • Developing and delivering detailed documentation such as processes, procedures and business requirements
  • Identifying and implementing efficiencies and improvements in processes, procedures, and systems



What you need to be successful in this role:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or other relevant area. Additional years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret and extrapolate results, provide recommendations and communicate results (either written or oral) to others, including upper management
  • Excellent oral, written, communication and presentation skills
  • Project management and meeting facilitation skills
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite. Advanced Excel skills strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of technologies such as SQL a plus
