This high-impact role offers a rare opportunity to work directly with senior leaders, influence system-wide initiatives, and drive innovative people strategies that improve patient care and organizational effectiveness. You will serve as a consultative business partner and change agent, helping leaders build high-performing teams while fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and engagement.

As Senior HRBP, you will have the opportunity to exercise your strategic influence as you partner directly with senior executives to lead initiatives that touch all levels of the organization, from workforce planning and leadership development to employee engagement and culture transformation, leaving a lasting impact on the health system. You will also gain exposure to high-level decision-making and long-term advancement opportunities; an excellent perk for candidates seeking to grow professionally in their next role.

We're looking for someone with executive presence and a passion for driving people-centered change. Our ideal candidate will exhibit gravitas (confidence, decisiveness, integrity, and the ability to command a room), communication excellence (speaking and presentation skills, authenticity, effective body language, and audience awareness), strategic thinking (vision, curiosity, and respect for others while leading organizational initiatives), and professional poise (polished, inclusive, and committed to being present and engaged). If you believe you possess this unique combination of attributes, we look forward to receiving your application.
