Corporate Tax Manager

About the Role

The Corporate Tax Manager is to handle the complete taxation management of all foreign /local owned U.S group of entities. Timely and accurate quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and preparation of reports to headquarters. Preparation of working papers for tax returns and transfer pricing studies with coordination with external tax firm. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual miscellaneous tax returns and claims. Handling tax audits and requirements with governmental authorities. Monitor current and impending changes to tax regulation.



What you will do

  • Tax Management - Taxation management of foreign /local owned U.S group of entities and the Joint Venture. Coordinating with Regional Tax Director and the Global Tax Corporate Fucntions. Calculate and ensure all TP requirements are met, e.g. Limited Risk Distributor (LRD) requirements;
  • Tax provisioning and reporting - Timely and accurate quarterly and annual provision calculation, ensure recording of provisions, and coordination with accountants from each U.S. entity. Ensure accurate quarterly/annual reporting packages to headquarters. Preparation of tax provisions for budgeting periods;
  • Tax returns and Transfer Pricing studies: Preparation of working papers for Federal, State, County tax returns and transfer pricing studies with coordination with external tax firm. Review of final returns and documents and ensure timely payment of tax;
  • Tax compliance: Preparation of CIT, property tax, form 1099's, floor tax, FATCA requirements, and other miscellaneous tax returns and claims for all entities. Ensure timely payment of tax. Handling tax audits and other tax requirements with governmental authorities;
  • Service agreements: Ensure Intercompany service agreements are current, with creation, review and adjustment as needed. Calculation of service fees between entities and ensure recording in SAP. Tax Developments and Monitoring: Proactively following up on US tax developments and trends that may impact the US business, assist in broader US business development activities, provide assistance and support to other departments in relation to US tax as needed, etc. Other: Seek opportunities to improve current procedures. Support requests of additional duties and special projects.



Who We Are Looking For

A dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented person, with:



  • 4 year BA/BS Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business.
  • Minimum of 6 Years of tax experience preferred (ie. corporate tax provisioning, corporate Federal and State tax returns of multi-national FMCG organization). Knowledge of US tax issues related to US inbound taxation such as application of tax treaties, BEAT, 163(j) and Forms 5472 is preferred;
  • Skilled in financial applications (SAP and MS Excel) is preferable but not a must;
  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills;
