Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Salt Lake, UT. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Responsible for assembling products per work instructions.
  • This is an entry-level position with training and support provided to ensure the successful assembly of a product.
  • Read work instructions and verify work instructions match the assignment.
  • Learn new work instructions as necessary.
  • Collect necessary materials from bins.
  • Set up workstations per work instructions.
  • Assemble parts and inspect your work as instructed.
  • Complete necessary training on time.
  • Assist other manufacturing staff with their duties as requested.
  • Assist with other projects as requested by a member of management.
  • Perform equipment maintenance and calibration as necessary in work instructions.
  • Verify work instructions match the assignment.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $18.00/hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week/ (1st Shift).

Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 month of manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum of 1 month of soldering experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • IPC soldering certification.
  • Ability to read and understand Device/Work instructions.
  • Ability to understand verbal work instructions.
  • Able to succeed in highly regulated compliance-oriented environment while still providing service excellence.
  • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume and distance.
  • Ability to carry out tasks through detailed written or oral instructions; basic computer skills.
  • Ability to read/write/communicate in English language.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a repeated basis.
  • Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)/color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors; depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).
