Join Macquarie's Futures team as a Market/Credit Risk Analyst and be part of a global team providing 24-hour coverage of Futures Cleared clients' market with exposure to work in a "follow the sun" model with colleagues in Sydney, London, and Chicago. As a Market/Credit Risk Analyst within our Futures Division, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our operations and ensuring the integrity of market risk management practices. You will work within a Futures Commission Merchant / Clearing environment, collaborating with global peers to maintain consistent controls, systems, and processes.
Salary range for this position: $90,000- $125,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • A keen understanding of global markets, with a focus on market risk management, financial analysis, credit/counterparty management and the development of advanced risk metrics
  • Proficiency in understanding Futures and Options and their market trading dynamics
  • Knowledge of execution and clearing processes around Commodities, Energy, and Equities markets
  • Strong background in Market Risk management; Competency in reviewing and implementing internal controls
  • Advanced Excel skills; Programming skills (ie SQL) desirable.
