Chicago - Structured Transactions Midlevel or Senior Associate

Seeking to hire highly qualified midlevel or senior associates with law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join our structured transactions practice group. 2023 law school graduates with RMBS or CLO experience will also be considered. The successful applicant must possess corporate and/or finance transactions experience (background in structured finance and securitization is preferred. Also, RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience is highly preferred, but not required. This position can also be located in our NY or Washington, DC offices.
