Position Summary

The Project Coordinator provides support to the project management team aligning with execution.

WORK LOCATION

* Role provides the opportunity to work in hybrid environment, working both virtually and in office when required.

Duties & Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL

* Assist the Project Manager and department personnel to manage multiple projects and activities.
* Assist the Project Manager and Accounting in Forecasting, Invoicing and Project Close Out.
* Provide project support by developing, maintaining, and reporting on project progress.
* Provide schedule status reports to the project team.
* Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and subcontractors.
* Set up and manage project team meetings as required.
* Help coordinate the activities of project engineers and supply chain management.
* Assist in the compilation of project costs and project financial analysis.
* Monitor projects using the PeopleSoft ERP system and Enovia PLM system.
* Interact with customers as required.
* Visit the shop floor to determine the status of project deliverables.
* Coordinate testing of equipment with customers using the Notice of Inspection.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

* Minimum three (3) years of project support and planning/scheduling experience.
* Minimum one (1) year experience with PLM, ERP and/or MRP systems (i.e. Orace PeopleSoft).
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 Package (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, etc.).

DESIRED

* Working knowledge of document control systems and project design.
* Experience working with PeopleSoft ERP and CRM systems.
* Associates degree.
* CAPM or PMP certification.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS

Ability to establish and maintain project priorities. Skill to effectively manage time to meet operational needs and desired outcomes.

* Ability to author meeting minutes, reports, business correspondence and procedures as directed.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Understand and Support Document Control and Master Document Registers.

Additional Information

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
