An affiliate of Martha’s Vineyard Hospital, Windemere is the premier skilled nursing facility on Martha’s Vineyard. Among our many specialties in our 61 skilled nursing bed unit, is a short-term rehabilitation program for patients who have transferred from other hospitals.
Windemere provides an extensive activity program geared to the varied needs, abilities and wishes of its residents. There are many advantages to Island living, and we are glad to share them with our residents.
