Primary Responsibilities
- Supervises and maintains discipline in various areas of the prison
- Escorts prisoners when necessary
- Helps maintain a secure environment
- Monitors behavior in the population
- Performs routine checks of the perimeter
- Follows security procedures to prevent unauthorized persons or contraband from leaving or entering the facility
