Job Summary

This position is responsible for the Revenue Assurance functions of the North American entities within the Provider and Healthcare Collections business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of revenue assurance functions, including but not limited to invoicing, collections and corresponding reporting
• Ensure all internal and external revenue recognition guidelines are followed, including GAAP
• Oversee internal and external revenue and invoicing audits
• Confirm the accuracy of on-going payment posting and trust accounting processes
• Ensure policy and procedure documents are maintained for all Finance operations
• Engage in Accounts Receivables activities to ensure timely client collections
• Finance staff management, coaching and development

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required, MBA or CPA preferred
• Requires 5 to 10 years of related experience, preferably in healthcare and/or collections environment
• Requires good people skills, with experience in working with senior and mid-level managers
• Knowledge of general accounting principals
• Must be able to set and prioritize daily, weekly and monthly schedules to complete work assignments within specified timelines or in a timely manner
• Must have exceptional organizational skills
