Supervisor - Revenue Cycle

Role Description:As the Revenue Cycle Supervisor, you will be responsible to oversee and optimize the financial performance of our organization. You will play a crucial role in supervising all aspects of revenue cycle operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the revenue cycle to maximize revenue and minimize revenue leakage.
• Identify and execute opportunities to enhance the financial performance of the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of revenue cycle professionals, including billing, coding, and collections staff.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Oversee the billing process to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims.
• Develop and implement effective collections strategies to reduce accounts receivable and improve cash flow.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging, driving the resolution of outstanding claims.
• Stay up to date with healthcare regulations, payer policies, and industry trends to ensure compliance.

Competencies & Skills

• Prior leadership experience in revenue cycle management or denials and appeals.
• Experience with Medicaid processes is required
• Strong understanding of medical billing and coding
• Ability to effectively work and communicate with coworkers, staff and clients
• Ability to present oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Working knowledge of Personal Computers
• Demonstrate initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment
• Must demonstrate strong leadership abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Annual Salary Range: 55,000
