NASCAR
OUR HISTORY
Known for its passionate fan base, on-of-a-kind playoff format, development of the modern sports sponsorship and commitment to enhancing auto racing through technology, NASCAR produces many of the most highly attended sporting events in the world. NASCAR did not gain the success or popularity it has today overnight. The sport has evolved to entertain its fans and continuously prosper.
WELCOME TO NASCAR!
AT NASCAR YOU WILL FIND A COMMUNITY OF PASSIONATE INDIVIDUALS WHO CARE ABOUT THE SPORT AND ARE UNITED IN SEEING IT GROW.
OUR VISION
OUR VALUES
WE ARE AUTHENTIC

We're proud of who we are and where we come from and are determined to grow our new traditions with honestly and integrity.
WE ARE COURAGEOUS
We act on our beliefs fear, danger, or disapproval. We daringly follow our heart and boldly preserve in the face of adversity. We have the grit to stand up for what's right and face difficulty with dignity. We have the confidence to let go of the familiar in pursuit of new horizons.
WE ARE DRIVEN
We are committed to excellence - passionately motivated to be the best at everything we do. We are fiercely competitive, relentless and resilient. We refuse to be satisfied with mediocrity. We are intensely focused on being the best racing organization in the world and, through unwavering teamwork, will work tirelessly to achieve that goal.
WE ARE INCLUSIVE
We are a group of people with a common purpose who value all individuals. We are a diverse team whose identities, backgrounds and talents allow us to go faster and farther, be that in our workplaces, at the race track, or in the stands. We celebrate the common bond that makes us unique, that strengthens us, and that bring us together - the need to race.
WE ARE INNOVATIVE
We are leaders, not followers. We live in the realm of what could be, rather than what is. We encourage creativity and strategic thinking, seeking to continually grow and improve. We want to do what no one else is doing, so that we can go where no one else has been.
WE ARE STEWARDING
We are part of something greater than ourselves of a community trust. We stand on the shoulders of those who came before us, ever mindful that what we do today will leave a lasting impact on those who follow. We recognize that our responsibility to our environment, and our communities, extends beyond the racetrack.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
NASCAR Diversity & Inclusion strives to create an inclusive environment in all facets of the NASCAR industry recognizing the value of diversity, which allows us to go faster and farther in our workplaces, at the race track and in the stands.
