Established over 30 years ago, RSP Architects has grown into a highly respected architectural/interior design firm. More than 300-people strong, we maintain a diverse practice, focusing on corporate, institutional, manufacturing and research, retail, health/life/science, and government projects.

Office Environment

We've created the ultimate workplace with the renovation and adaptive reuse of the historic Grain Belt Brewhouse. It's a bright, airy world of offices, studios, conference rooms and more, thoughtfully worked into a rare mix of neoclassical architecture. Amenities we love include a deck for noontime picnics as well as recreation areas, locker rooms and showers, all close to downtown, walking paths and the Mississippi River.
